This course consists of lectures presenting an overview of the ES framework and the various steps in the ES process, in the context of transport, infrastructure, and logistics decision making. Given this framework, several real world cases in the fields of road, rail, and air transport will be discussed. In addition, there will be an assignment that specifies the research plan for a specific case in relation to the student’s PhD research topic, based on the lectures and readings.
